Unlike many of our competitors, we are a lean, fully remote team, comprised almost entirely of fee earners. This means we do not need to factor in the cost of office space, overheads and support staff when setting our rates.
Our co-founders qualified and practised at some of the world’s leading international law firms and companies, and our wider team has collectively accumulated decades of specialist legal experience working on corporate and commercial matters – both in-house and in private practice – for funds, lenders and large corporates.
Our pricing is bespoke, based on the length of documents and the complexity of instructions, but here is an indication of what we generally charge…
We kick off our working relationship by creating a “playbook” to document your legal requirements (at our own expense), including the processes, preferences and negotiation positions relevant to the documents you might want us to work on. We then use this to scope out fixed fee quotes, which we will pass on for your approval before carrying out any work.
